This song has already proven to be an instant classic. The fact that this song is still relevant , this song will live for ever. Rip Angela. During this time I was going to underground parties (raves) back then . This song will always be playing going home in the early am back home from dancing all night. It is bitter sweet , but never ungrateful for these memories

Im so happy to of finally rediscovered this song after all the years. Brings me back to the time I was young just staring adulthood.🥺😌
I listened to this song during a time where I was really anxious about my life and future. I had an existential crisis with 17 when I realized that I'm homosexual. I was so sad and wanted to die because I couldn't talk to anyone about it and my family was quite homophobic. For me it felt like the world is going to end. It was terrible. I cried myself to sleep at night. Unfortunately, no one ever told me to love and accept myself the way I am and that being queer is something completely normal. Now, every time I listen to this song, I have to remember those weeks...

For those who have just found this song, the singer Angela McCluskey sadly passed away on the 14th March 2024. I’m so happy her beautiful voice, music and collaborations brought so many people together. Whether you remember this song from your childhood, from a commercial, discovered it by accident or recently just found it after so many years of searching, it’s heartwarming to know she touched so many people’s hearts and souls with her talent. Rest in peace, Angela 🤍🫧☁️ We love you and will miss you deeply.

This make me sad :( her voice puts me at ease. I deal with depression and anxiety but when I listen to this it all melts away. Her voice soothes my brain and it's beautiful when you hear this in the dark listening to it with head phones. She will be greatly missed.
